LOREM IPSUM

Dønis

This silver wire, which delicately rolls around itself, is the fruit of a lineage. The one I share with my great-uncle Denis, a goldsmith in Biot, a small village in the south of France. He sculpted silver wire by knotting it, creating beautiful bonds with the material and the beings who wore his jewels. He himself, nourished by the organic work of silver wire passed down to him by Torun, the Swedish goddess of modernist jewelry, unwittingly passed this search for sculptural form on to his son Gaëtan and me.

This chocker, made from a silver wire patiently rolled and pulled to subtly refine itself and knot into a pure form, seemed obvious when I held it in my hands: the materialization of this bond between generations.

It is custom-made to fit you perfectly.
