LOREM IPSUM

Gunta

Thin and delicate, this ring undulates like a wave between the fingers. Twisted between my hands and my pliers, each twist, each curve is unique, giving a different appearance to the position it takes on the hand when you turn it around your finger.
It exists in a massive version with a thicker thread under the name Constantin.

Gunta like Gunta Stölzl, a German weaving artist born in 1897, one of the few women who was part of the Bauhaus School, she developed assemblages of complex undulating shapes with combinations of warm and lively colors. The undulations of the Gunta ring respond to the waves that run through the German artist’s weavings.

This ring is made by hand in my workshop.
